Shown above are two exhaust header prototypes for the Penn State FSAE 2015 race car.

My main role in the project involves designing and manufacturing the exhaust prototypes.

We first modeled the headers using the icengineworks kit (blue headers). Once modeled, we cut out sections of steel bends and tacked and welded them together according to the modeled header.
